NYTimes once again fails to check facts. Lies about Obama.
marcambinder.theatlantic.com — Kessler from NewsMAX writes that Obama was in attendance on July 22nd 2007 and"nodded" his head while Wright preached a hateful anti-American sermon. Bill Kristol of the NYTimes echoed the story which made it into print and across newstands. Now, a simple Google search will tell us that Obama spent most of the day 1,500 miles away in Miami.

To reach Clark Hoyt, who represents the readers, e-mail public@nytimes.com or call (212) 556-7652. - MadKennyP, on 03/17/2008, -2/+18This was an opinion piece in The Times. Kristol, who should never have been hired by The Times, has written another baseless opinion piece. That guy should be fired.
- 1gunners4, on 03/17/2008, -1/+3The Economist's blog rips into Kristol for... well.. basically being Kristol.

- DeadFox1, on 03/17/2008, -1/+7I just sent a nice little email. This is ridiculous.
- thomoore, on 03/17/2008, -11/+3It's only fair, they're biased about everybody. http://www.scragged.com/articles/the-nyt-bludgeons ... explains how the NYT seems to hate Mr. Bush so much that they criticized him for asking Mr. Musharraf to share power with Mrs. Bhutto and for promoting democracy. Doesn't the Times think it would matter if the Islamic extremists took over the Pakistani nukes? I think they're losing it.
- cecinestpasvrai, on 03/17/2008, -0/+6You're continually spamming digg with "scragged" articles. Cut the *****. I hope you're getting a commission.
- EffYoo, on 03/17/2008, -0/+1Yes, I get sick of burying the spam. I can't believe he hasn't been banned yet.
- DeadElephantORG, on 03/17/2008, -1/+1Please explain why a submitter should NOT post multiple articles from a single source. Or is your issue with "scragged.com" specifically? If articles from a particular news source are less Digg-worthy than others, those articles will be buried for their lack of merit. What's the "*****" you say must be cut?
- EffYoo, on 03/18/2008, -0/+1Site is of such poor quality that articles submitted from there rarely if ever see the front page.
User is obviously interested in nothing more than pushing the site since it is linked to in 95% of posts.
Often times posts are simply copied and pasted into multiple threads that may be remotely relevent to the story at the website.
User never says anything that contributes to the discussion, merely summarizes the topic and links to a story.. need I go on? Its obviously spam and nothing more. While you are interested in bringing traffic to your site, you limit your efforts to article submissions and actually participate in conversations without linking to your site. Your activities are respectable, thomoore's are not.

- SketchaMPM, on 03/17/2008, -0/+9This is the last thing we need right now, good find sir. Dugg.
- Gabberwok, on 03/17/2008, -2/+13Kristol is one of the most vile people in the news industry. He is more responsible for the war in Iraq than anyone except possibly Rumsfeld, Cheney and Bush himself, and of the group he has shown the least remorse for how things have turned out there. I do not understand why the New York Times decided to hire him as a columnist, there are many more deserving conservative voices out there who could have been called upon. I may disagree with his politics, but I could respect William Safire. I think he's disingenuous with many of his columns, but I still can respect David Bloom as a well-meaning journalist. Kristol is worse than Bob Novak and has no redeeming characteristics at all. My only hope is that women also find him disgusting enough that he never has the opportunity to breed (or perhaps the more appropriate term would be "spawn").
- cyrusfx808, on 03/17/2008, -1/+2Why do we even have to keep hearing about Kristol in the first place? He's obviously just a stooge/prop for Bush's war, there's no way he could made a living independently. nobody would give him a second glance if he wasn't making the news as a jack-off.
- NoDrama, on 03/17/2008, -1/+5Diggers were already on this - how can the Times be so out of the loop? Don't they know to check with us? http://digg.com/2008_us_elections/Obama_Refutes_Ne ...
- azpat, on 03/17/2008, -1/+5that's why I dugg down at least two of the newsmax articles. Writing something and posting it to digg multiple times doesn't make it true.
- irishjays, on 03/17/2008, -1/+3Has anyone listened to that speech from that pastor, it's scary. The guy sounds like he's possessed. Obama needs to cut that guy loose. No way he's getting elected with a guy like that on his staff.
- DeadFox1, on 03/17/2008, -1/+3I totally agree with you.. This pastor (and the current one) could completely ruin obama's chances if they continue this tirade.
- jbdobd, on 03/17/2008, -2/+3Obama "cut him loose" last week. "Let me say at the outset that I vehemently disagree and strongly condemn the statements that have been the subject of this controversy. I categorically denounce any statement that disparages our great country or serves to divide us from our allies. I also believe that words that degrade individuals have no place in our public dialogue, whether it's on the campaign stump or in the pulpit. In sum, I reject outright the statements by Rev. Wright that are at issue." - Barack Obama
- mmmmmbiscuits, on 03/17/2008, -2/+3Pfffft. Obama's halfhearted "denunciation" is about as meaningful as the "harsh condemnations" that the U.N. regularly sends to various dictators and genocide-enablers around the world. Worthless words from an empty suit who's pissy because he's finally getting asked some tough questions.
- HipsterSarah, on 03/17/2008, -2/+9What happened to American journalism?
- TecK415, on 03/17/2008, -1/+1What's that?
- cyrusfx808, on 03/17/2008, -0/+1There's always been douchebags in journalism. Just ask Hearst.
- arajan, on 03/17/2008, -0/+4good find.. dugg.. hope it is picked up by the MSM though I doubt it.
- PolishLogic, on 03/17/2008, -3/+4The NYT botched another story? I wish I could say I was surprised. I wouldn't even trust the NYT for correctly reporting sports scores.
- jbdobd, on 03/17/2008, -1/+7Bill Kristol (once again) has egg on his face: "In this column, I cite a report that Sen. Obama had attended services at Trinity Church on July 22, 2007. The Obama camapaign (sic) has provided information showing that Senator Obama did not attend Trinity that day. I regret the error."
- bullcutter, on 03/17/2008, -2/+5Kristol is such an obvious narcissist douchebag. He doesn't give a ***** about the truth, but that's not what he gets paid for anyway. He gets paid to propel Bush's war, like the little devil bitchbot he is.
I hope somebody figures out a way to sue him (and put him behind bars?) for this, and for consistently being a libelous profiteer of misery and death.
Why ANY news outlet pays attention to him after he opens his ugly ***** mouth is beyond me, so why the ***** do we even have to hear about him?? He's about as relevant as David Duke. - dksupremacy, on 03/17/2008, -0/+2Clearly they have an agenda against Obama. Journalism wasn't what it used to be..........sigh
- Cryptocracy, on 08/17/2008, -0/+1I think the Zionists hate Obama. ZBIG is a closet antisemite.
- RickHavoc, on 03/17/2008, -0/+3One could make a great president by listening to Kristol's advice and doing the complete opposite.
- Cryptocracy, on 08/17/2008, -0/+1Ya know, if POS Kristol hates Obama, That would be a plus for Obama in my book. I definitely won't vote Hillary or McCain. I need to see Obama take a strong stand for the people, constitution and US sovereignty and not the globalists before I can vote for him, however. I don't think that will happen. 3rd Party Time!!!
