Obama is doomed, those who love him will always love him. The problem is he isnt getting any new supporters and independents like myself who once considered voting for him have vetted him and found him to be an empty suit who says whatever he needs depending on the crowd he is speaking to. - JWNimrod, on 08/20/2008, -0/+2"There is no doubt the campaign to discredit Obama is paying off for McCain right now," pollster John Zogby said. I'm not a John McCain fan, since I've got his public record to rely on. However, Obama is something of a political phantom. I still think discrediting the guy should be a piece of cake; if only McCain would wise up. Just get him to release the necessary, unedited documents surrounding his past. Start with his birth certificate. The Daily Kommunist did a good job forging the one they released, now send out the real thing. Continual prodding to tell the truth about where he stands on all the major issues of the day would be another good step. If successful, that should be enough to drive off 90% of thinking people.
