McCain’s Lingering FEC Problem
politicallore.com — McCain's Lingering FEC problems could lead to him being outspent by the Democrats 10-1 in the General Election. In worst case scenarios, If the FEC board rules against him after he has already exceeded federal spending limits he would be facing criminal charges and a large fine that would be a huge black eye for his candidacy.

In the end, McCain is still just a reincarnation of Bush at a time when America clearly wants CHANGE.

Regardless of what they do in the future with the FEC law, I still see McCain as a criminal who has knowingly violated federal law. I'm a Republican, but definitely not voting for this guy. Ron Paul is our only other choice as he is the only other republican still in the presidential race - thank God for that!
