McCain mixes up Iraq and Afghanistan
abcnews.go.com — "It's a serious situation, but there's a lot of things we need to do. Iraq and Pakistan do not share a border.

- dan87, on 07/21/2008, -5/+2I'll vote for the guy that does something about the illegal immigrants crossing over the Mexico/Canada border.
- SheilaNoya, on 07/21/2008, -0/+6Then you must have loved Bill Clinton. He was the last president to get serious about border security. His "Operation Gatekeeper" program toughened up border security and was making real progress. The Department of Justice, the INS and the Border Patrol have all claimed that Operation Gatekeeper was a success.
Then Bush came into office, scrapped the program, and started promising "Guest Worker" status to the illegal immigrants. Needless to say, they started flooding over the borders again.
