  • benintn, on 07/09/2008, -7/+2Obama did the same thing and got a letter of complaint from Tim Russert, Ron Fournier, and other "top dogs" in the press. He actually told the press he'd be one place and then ended up somewhere else - this was around the time that the primaries ended in June. Thankfully, Obama seems like he's cleaned up his act...

    • mabs0, on 07/10/2008, -0/+1That is nowhere near close to what McCain did here. That was a one time shot for very well specified and understandable reasons. McCain's is a systematic policy he has in place.
