- dn11, on 03/25/2008, -1/+3the truth is, they never ignored this. the coverage has been pretty extensive - and they are the ones who questioned her on her story in the first place. Oh, and Sinbad is the freaking MAN
- senator32, on 03/25/2008, -0/+1Its crazy what the Clintons will do to get this nomination. It will be interested to see what "drastic measures" they will take by the end.
Keep up with Obama and Hillary's current legislation here:
Obama - http://www.statesurge.com/members/923

- kynn, on 03/25/2008, -2/+66I think that, if we exclude the country's racist fringe, the most reliable indicator of a person's preference between Clinton and Obama is the relative contributions of MSM vs the Internet in the person's "news diet." The more Internet, the greater the likelihood that the person will prefer Obama over Clinton. The key demographic dividing line is internet usage, and not age, nor income, nor city versus "heartland". (The latter indicators are secondary to internet usage; e.g. young voters tend to prefer Obama BECAUSE young voters tend to get more of their information from the web; ditto for the affluent, and for urban voters.)
Therefore, the Obama campaign needs to concentrate on finding ways to channel the big internet stories on to the MSM. This is crucial. I am convinced that Hillary's support would evaporate if even a fraction of the info on her that's readily available online were to make it to the MSM.- whaleyboy69, on 03/25/2008, -14/+5On the other hand I never watch TV news and I barely read the paper. I use the Internet almost exclusively. It turns out that I don't like either NObama or Clinton. The more I am exposed to them the less I like them. They are more of the same old crap, where is a viable Libertarian candidate?
- Arbreng, on 03/25/2008, -2/+5They died with the gold standard. This is the 21st century.
- whaleyboy69, on 03/25/2008, -5/+0A guy can hope, can't he? Regardless, the three "top" candidates represent more of the same - they are beholden to special interests, they take money from big corporations and they don't have your (or my) best interest at heart. It's a shame.
- yojiffyskippy, on 03/25/2008, -0/+1Three Card Monte anyone?
- petebot, on 03/25/2008, -0/+2So, of course, you're probably not going to vote at all, right?
- incabulos, on 03/25/2008, -0/+6Actually most of Obama's campaign money is from individual supporters, or grass roots so to say. Perhaps you've been looking in the wrong places.
- rficwizard, on 03/25/2008, -2/+1The more complex a system is, the more important local decision making becomes. This is the 21st century; we need libertarian government like never before.
- whaleyboy69, on 03/25/2008, -5/+0A guy can hope, can't he? Regardless, the three "top" candidates represent more of the same - they are beholden to special interests, they take money from big corporations and they don't have your (or my) best interest at heart. It's a shame.

- newmanator77, on 03/25/2008, -7/+4That's an interesting argument, but I'm really not sure it's true. People who access the Internet more might tend to favor Obama, but you're assuming causality there. I think young people vote for Obama because he's an inspirational speaker and leader, not because people like him on the Internet. And besides, the Democratic MSM has been pulling for Obama this election, that's been fairly obvious.
- whaleyboy69, on 03/25/2008, -1/+6Digg is not necessarily representative of either young people or Internet users. It just represents the monoculture that is Digg.
- kynn, on 03/25/2008, -0/+3It's not just digg. I've noticed the same phenomenon in YouTube and in del.icio.us (the two other sites I frequent). In fact, what got me thinking about this was a little experiment I did in del.icio.us. When I searched del.icio.us/popular for Obama, all the popular hits that came up were pro-Obama, but when I searched for Hillary, all the popular hits were anti-Hillary. There was not a single pro-Hillary hit among them! Though I had sensed a pro-Obama bias, I had not expected that it was going to be so lopsided. And, of course, it is fair to say that Obama practically owns YouTube...

- CeeAyy, on 03/25/2008, -0/+4Democratic MSM? What networks are those? That's like saying liberal MSM, it doesn't exist.
And as for Sen. Obama getting support for being an inspirational speaker and leader... I have a problem with that. Didn't you watch Chris Rock? What is this, "Oh he speaks so well" BS? He's an effective politician, give him some credit. Also, it's not only young people voting for Obama. The current tactic is to minimize his support and downplay their intelligence. He is getting support from ALL groups of ALL ages. Even some republicans like him and would work with him.
As for your comment on causality, I might have to agree with you. The theory is good but I am not convinced that the causal relationship is there or that it even goes in that direction. - kynn, on 03/25/2008, -0/+5It would be very difficult to prove causality here, of course, but one idea that is consistent with it is that Hillary's campaigning style is far more reliant on spin and deception than Obama's or McCain's. The Internet makes such a campaigning style far less effective. Witness the recent flaps over Hillary's resume-padding (or resume-shrinking, in the case of NAFTA). I read elsewhere recently that, among IT professionals (an obviously Internet-savvy bunch), both Obama and McCain are significantly preferred over Hillary. This parallels the results of a recent poll question on the candidates' truthfulness. For both Obama and McCain over 60% of respondents regarded them as truthful, whereas less than 50% regarded Hillary this way. This is all very consistent with the idea that it is much easier to get away with spin and lies in the MSM than on the Web. (Of course, it is not impossible to run spin and lies online too, but the Web empowers skeptical thinking, and this blunts the effectiveness of such a strategy to some extent.)
- adrianmonk, on 03/25/2008, -1/+2IT professionals -- interesting case. The demographics get muddy there. Hillary tends to have more support among women than among men. IT professionals tend to be men. Also, Obama's stances on tech issues would align well with a lot of IT people's views: he's in favor of patent reform (many IT people think software patents are positively insane), he's in favor of network neutrality, he wants an updated federal definition of "broadband" (government currently has it at 200 kilobits/second, which is not much faster than ISDN speeds), and he wants to create "google for government" which means putting government info online and making it searchable. So I could see specific reasons other than campaign style and access to information that would explain IT professionals preferring Obama.
- whaleyboy69, on 03/25/2008, -1/+6Digg is not necessarily representative of either young people or Internet users. It just represents the monoculture that is Digg.
- Crazysticks, on 03/25/2008, -0/+4Yes.
- nutniqs, on 03/25/2008, -0/+6I agree with kynn. The information that most of American's are getting is spoon fed bias and spin from MSM. Their digestible tidbits of soundbites and knee-jerk reactions are what the people who are too lazy to read or research the candidates will consume. Here on digg, and politico and elsewhere people are able to discover what the MSM hides. We also get to read feedback from other Americans and World citizens who comment with their opinions good or bad. It's a much fuller experience, and having followed the candidates online since July 07', It's much clearer who is a better candidate because of what they are all about and what they have been up to.
- tocsy, on 03/25/2008, -0/+0That's a very interesting idea... I'd love to see this question in the exit polls so we could confirm or deny it. Unfortunately, we might be a little too late for that to happen.
- whaleyboy69, on 03/25/2008, -14/+5On the other hand I never watch TV news and I barely read the paper. I use the Internet almost exclusively. It turns out that I don't like either NObama or Clinton. The more I am exposed to them the less I like them. They are more of the same old crap, where is a viable Libertarian candidate?
- NsinU8, on 03/25/2008, -2/+14Her quote at about 3:20 is f'n priceless. Nope.... She doesn't sound like a two bit hustler at all.
- davidlow, on 03/25/2008, -1/+1The whole video is only 2:20 total, isn't it?
- adrianmonk, on 03/25/2008, -0/+5The extra minute is secret footage that shows Hillary, along with Elvis and Bigfoot, running around Bosnia dodging sniper fire.
- davidlow, on 03/25/2008, -1/+1The whole video is only 2:20 total, isn't it?
- ToRoE, on 03/25/2008, -1/+28Why doesn't the anchor just state it like it was, SHE was there. Why interview to other people, when you were there. She should have stated the FACTS of the trip... MSM still tap dancing here...
bu-bye hillary- yojiffyskippy, on 03/25/2008, -0/+2That would violate the separation of "Facts" and "Media" that currently exists. It think it's an Amendment or something?!?!
- Ukonu, on 03/25/2008, -0/+3I didn't get that part either. Maybe she was just trying to appeal impartial but it's kind of weird to say "I was actually there...." and then not say anything at all about it.
- tsf5000, on 03/25/2008, -0/+1She's obviously a Hillary supporter. Otherwise, she would've spoken up.
- diggeradoo, on 03/25/2008, -1/+73Hillary started the 'sniper fire' comments months ago. When Sinbad publicly laughed off the danger at Tuzla, Hillary twice repeated very specific, detailed statements about how they landed, how they cancelled the tarmac welcome ceremony, and how they had to run with their heads down to get to the base because they had landed under sniper fire. She used this as evidence that she went to dangerous places to bolster her 'commander-in-chief' argument.
Now Hillary says she "misspoke". Really?
We were in a dangerous situation (me, my teenage daughter, Sinbad, and Sheryl Crow). We were dodging sniper fire and running for cover. Oh .. you have video of me sauntering around and listening to an 8-yr-old's poem? .. maybe I "misspoke"
Liar, Liar, pantsuit on fire!- CaptainAmerica1, on 03/25/2008, -1/+15Proof that if a lie is told over and over and is unchallenged, it becomes truth.
- TRScheel, on 03/25/2008, -0/+23I agree.. there's misspoke and then there is lying.
This is lying, no misinterpretations to be had - zengonzo, on 03/25/2008, -1/+14The constant lying certainly does make her seem somewhat more Presidential, though ..
- cranium, on 03/25/2008, -0/+4I can't wait to see SNL this weekend. If they don't have a skit with her going all-out Rambo or doing the yeah-yeah-that's-the-ticket thing I'll be disappointed. I'll probably be disappointed.
- nbcaffeine, on 03/25/2008, -1/+7You'll be disappointed because it is SNL
- adrianmonk, on 03/25/2008, -0/+1If only Norm MacDonald were still doing Weekend Update. The way he mercilessly and repeatedly skewered OJ Simpson ("trying to find the real killers"), Michael Jackson, and Kenny G was pure genius. I don't know his political leanings, but if he were still there, he could certainly have some fun with this one.
Oh interesting -- videos are blocked where I work, but he appears to have a video blog related to politics, and from the pictures, he may not be all that fond of Hillary:

http://www.icanhasurvote.com/lol-left/suprise-supr ... - UtopiaInTheSky, on 03/25/2008, -0/+7They've been talking about it on Fox News, as well. Though they've been referencing the original article.
- gametavern, on 03/25/2008, -23/+2everyone exaggerates.. big deal.
- tsf5000, on 03/25/2008, -0/+10Exaggerating is taking facts and making them sound better than they really are. She just flay out made this stuff up. That's lying, not exaggerating.
- dinot, on 03/25/2008, -0/+3Yes! An apologist! I've been looking for you since last night!
- diggeradoo, on 03/25/2008, -0/+12Olbermann pwns Hillary on sniper fire, too.
http://digg.com/2008_us_elections/G_I_Hillary_Olbe ... - IceSabre, on 03/25/2008, -10/+6Why doesn't Hillary just give up? The media has already voted and they are going to cram every single non-Obama shred of anything down our throats at every chance they get.
- UtopiaInTheSky, on 03/25/2008, -1/+7Where were you the past 2 weeks? The media won't shut up about this "Reverend Wright scandal" that Obama is involved with.
- IceSabre, on 03/25/2008, -2/+1That was before the vote. Obama, speech, vote.... all downhill.
- UtopiaInTheSky, on 03/25/2008, -1/+7Where were you the past 2 weeks? The media won't shut up about this "Reverend Wright scandal" that Obama is involved with.

Lying your ass off = misspeaking. - steelersfan7roe, on 03/25/2008, -0/+11i hope they cover this all day and talk about how shes a liar all day
- FelixdaaHack, on 03/25/2008, -14/+1What about Obama's "embellishments." He recreated his Chicago speech from five years ago adding extra phrases and crowd noise...recreating history
- CeeAyy, on 03/25/2008, -1/+2I don't know exactly what you are comparing... Are you suggesting that adding sounds to a video which effects it impact but doesn't change the message is the same as lying and then not owning up to lying? Politicians exaggerate and hype things, but this was a flat out lie. Saying that it was a dangerous situation in which she constantly feared for her safety would be an exaggeration. Saying that there was SNIPER FIRE and that they had to RUN to their cars was a flat out lie. The first would have been accepted even if we didn't believe it. The second is just a lie.
"I am not a crook"... "I didn't have sexual relations..." "It depends on what your definition of IS is."... "Mission accomlished".. Now we have,"She may have misspoken". U gotta love history. - dinot, on 03/25/2008, -0/+3AND ANOTHER ONE WOOHOO!!!
I was wondering how long it would take for the Clinton supporters to start using the "but, but.... Obama" tactic.
- CeeAyy, on 03/25/2008, -1/+2I don't know exactly what you are comparing... - boyghost, on 03/25/2008, -0/+13Er, uh... this wasn't an "exaggeration," pundits. This was a bold-faced lie.
- CaptainAmerica1, on 03/25/2008, -1/+10And another thing...the fact that she unblinkingly never wavered from telling this is additional proof of her total and utter arrogance in that she apparently felt safe in the collective numb minds of most of the population and that we didn't have the capacity to figure out she was a liar.
This woman has no shame whatsoever.- Jashobeam5, on 03/25/2008, -0/+5You mean the woman who said over and over she was named after the famous Sir Edmund Hillary? When caught she said her mom lied. Nothing like sacrificing your mom's integrity to win votes.
- hotpurple5, on 03/25/2008, -1/+13Hillary just got so used to telling the lies, it became reality to her. I bet she never thought those pictures-or Sinbad- would surface with the truth! Thanks Sinbad!!
- boyghost, on 03/25/2008, -0/+3Sinbad FTW!
- cranium, on 03/25/2008, -0/+5Sinbad is just sucking up for a VP slot.
/sarcasm, but that's how Hillary supporters sound these days.
- pxa270, on 03/25/2008, -2/+31Lies, lies, lies, from the vicious media trying to smear the image of the selfless and courageous Senator Clinton. Read this first hand account from politico.com and hang your collective heads in shame. ;)
"Actually Mrs. Clinton was to modest. I was there and saw it all. When Mrs. Clinton got off the plane the tarmac came under morter and machine gun fire. I was blown off my tank and was exposed to enemey fire. Mrs. Clinton without regard to her own safety dragged me to safety, jumped on the tank and opened fire killing 50 of the enemey. Shortly after that a suicide bomber appeared within 5 feet of Mrs. Clinton, she stopped the guards from opening fire on him and took control of the situation. She talked to the man in his own language and got him surrender. She found that he had suffered terribly as a result of policies of George Bush 1. She defused the bomb vest herself and then helped me. Since there was no doctor around and I was in a desperate state she again took control. She stopped my bleeding and saved my life. Chelsea donated the blood. Thankfully we were the same type. I want Mrs. Clinton answering that phone at 3am."- arch3r, on 03/25/2008, -1/+4I think you may have Senator Hilary Rodham Clinton confused with bad-ass action star Hilary Rambo Clinton.

- wjlaw100, on 03/25/2008, -2/+10Wow... This Makes perfect Sense.... Sending Mrs Clinton, Their one and only teen-age daughter, Sinbad and Cheryl Crow into an active war zone where there was real danger!...... Wait... I feel a new cartoon coming on for the "Saturday TV Funhouse" on SNL.... These four would make an awesome Secret Ops team! Time to replace the "Presidents" toon.
- minox, on 03/25/2008, -0/+4Personally, I support sending Hillary, Chelsea, Sheryl Crow and Sinbad into active war zones more often!

- lamprey187, on 03/25/2008, -2/+7This is pretty pathetic and delusional. Not to mention, if she thinks she is going to position herself to look "military" in an election versus McCain she needs a CAT scan immediately. There is tons of footage of him as a POW, and it is a little more compelling to the average voter than Hillary hugging little kids and shaking hands. Her campaign is bi-polar.
- yojiffyskippy, on 03/25/2008, -1/+1A) She's not running against McCain.
B) Obama can't do any better against McCain on this issue.
This is not a position of strength for the Dems.- Kas70, on 03/25/2008, -0/+2Obama doesn't claim experience that can trump McCain's; his position is that McCain (and Hillary) are part of the Washington machine that is broken, therefore military or foreign policy "experience" don't appear to be as much of an asset as they might first seem.
- yojiffyskippy, on 03/25/2008, -1/+1A) She's not running against McCain.
- connorcrehan, on 03/25/2008, -2/+7The media's doing its job? What the hell happened to reporting "human interest" pieces and Brittney Spears?
- daizaru, on 03/25/2008, -2/+10Wow that was more "Hilary lied we can't deny it, but here is why you should still support her" effort. It was laughable.
- Fragalishus, on 03/25/2008, -0/+2MSNBC = Mindlessly Selling Nobody But Clinton
Definitely agree, it's absolutely disgusting watching Morning Joe. Chris Matthews finally showed some decency, I think it was yesterday morning, and almost ripped Mika a new one right there on set about some of the coverage. Wish I'd had my PVR going. Maybe it was just their answer to the Chris Wallace thing on Fox, I don't know.
I guess they still think reverse psychology works. They do nothing but run stories about how Obama seems to get a free pass or how the press loves him...all the while repeating the Wright clips as much as they can, then harping on the "typical white" thing. At the same time they "report" on how bad Hillary has it with the press...while replaying the clips of her mocking Obama ad nauseum. Going so far as to "accidentally" play the wrong tape during one of the debates. They've been in broadcasting how long? And you want me to believe you can't even play the right clip that was probably prepared before the debate started? So they're either willfully negligent or completely retarded, not sure which they'd rather be categorized as.
The way the coverage with Wright went you'd thiink Obama had gay sex with Hitler. Clinton caught lying her ass off and it's fluffy bunny slippers and...oh look Britney Spears is on a sitcom!!!

- OffPiste, on 03/25/2008, -1/+25I did two tours at Eagle base (Tuzla). I also find interesting her comments about the snipers in the hills. Anyone that has ever been to Eagle base will know that there are no hills surrounding the base within sniper fire. Sure there are hills in Bosnia. Sarajevo is classically ringed by hills. Tuzla, in contrast, is very flat. The biggest threat at the airfield and Eagle base was unexploded ordinance, mines, and utter boredom.
- wendelgee2, on 03/25/2008, -1/+5Oh man. That is choice. Thanks for the tidbit.
- BlackStrain, on 03/25/2008, -0/+4Burn baby burn!

- Fragalishus, on 03/25/2008, -0/+1Click the "embed" button on the player. Copy and paste the direct url in your address bar. Slightly smaller player, but no ads.
- ncc74656m, on 03/25/2008, -1/+10Ya know, Hill, you don't have to have been placed in a dangerous situation just to prove your mettle. So why are you LYING... AGAIN???
I am so sick of this woman at this point, and the fact that it has come out into the public eye is just great. Way to go media, you're doing your job! - laserblazer, on 03/25/2008, -1/+5She braved sniper fire to bring Hope, Freedom and a warm batch of cookies to that beleaguered war-zone! (/s)
- Jashobeam5, on 03/25/2008, -1/+1She doesn't bake cookies, remember? She made it very clear she is not a "homebody." Bill ruined Hope and I wonder if Freedom was her hippy boyfriend before she latched onto Bill.
- Black6x, on 03/25/2008, -0/+4If we had lost Sinbad, the terrorists would have won oh wait, never mind...
- astericks, on 03/25/2008, -1/+9Wow....that is a blatant lie, no matter what the spin doctors say. She has such confidence and accuracy in her "recollection". Granted she's good at other things, but she better leave the lying to Bill.
- slstsang, on 03/25/2008, -2/+4Hilary: "I swear there were flying bullets... and snipers"
Pass that joint, I want some of that ***** you've been smoking... LMAO - thrill, on 03/25/2008, -7/+4What? A politician lied??? shocker!
- wendelgee2, on 03/25/2008, -0/+5Way to raise the bar.
- jeexbit, on 03/25/2008, -17/+2Look, I'm not a Hillary supporter - but making this into a big issue is ridiculous... Let's focus on something important, ok people?
- mathay5, on 03/25/2008, -0/+7I think this is an important issue. Think about it, she is using deception in order to further her credentials. Say what you will about Obama or McCain, this is a blatant disregard for the truth. As they said numerous times in the dialogue, why? Why would she lie? There really is no reason. All she needed to do is continue her rhetoric about being more experienced. Embellishing a story is childlike. I really don't think she has a tight grip on things.
- yojiffyskippy, on 03/25/2008, -1/+1A politician using deception to further their credentials. That is what politicians do. If you think this behavior is unique to Hit-llary then you are delusional.
- mathay5, on 03/25/2008, -0/+0Did you just read the first line of text? I guess you missed, "this is a blatant disregard for the truth." I realize they all lie but most times they aren't dumb enough to be so transparent. Are you looking for contention where there isn't any? I made no implication about politicians being honest. I think you're the delusional one.
- yojiffyskippy, on 03/25/2008, -1/+1A politician using deception to further their credentials. That is what politicians do. If you think this behavior is unique to Hit-llary then you are delusional.
- wendelgee2, on 03/25/2008, -0/+6How the hell do you think we got into this war? How the hell do you think everything in the last 7 years has happened? It has all been because this administration is perfectly comfortable with looking the American people in the eye and lying to them, repeatedly and without consequence.
- yojiffyskippy, on 03/25/2008, -8/+1Focusing on issues is not a position of strength for the Obama camp. They perfected the "Obama is the Messiah" part of the campaign using well written, empty, rehearsed speeches and now they're focusing on the "Hillary is Satan" part of the campaign using trivial non-issues. But the longer they can keep the media focused on non-issues, the less time the media has to ask questions about Obama's plan for "Change".
- ncc74656m, on 03/25/2008, -0/+3Get a clue, pal. I'm not even going to back that statement up. If you want to know what it is I'm referring to, look at my past posts, look at the news, search Google. Would you like me to call you at 3 AM (If you miss this clue, your opinions on all subjects heretofore are null and void.)?
- ncc74656m, on 03/25/2008, -0/+6You're obviously not very up on the issues here, man. She backed herself into this corner by saying she had more credentials than Obama did, repeating that without backing it up, and then lying about it hoping nobody would fact-check her stupid ass.
Well, BUSTED. This is an issue.
In court (as a lawyer, she'd know this, too) this would be just like a line of questioning to establish credability. No, it's not a shock that she or any other politician lied, it's about the magnitude and reasoning for the lie. Add this to her other lies, and I'm sorry, I don't trust her. I just trust McCain less, and don't agree with his policies for the most part. On the other hand, I agree with Obama, and I trust him.
- dirrtydirrty, on 03/25/2008, -0/+18We already have a president that lies to get what ever he wants. Why would we elect another person that is doing the exact same thing.
- FelixdaaHack, on 03/25/2008, -10/+1diggeradoo = Obama Tool
- chrissku, on 03/25/2008, -1/+10I would love to start a petition asking her to concede the race. She's doing nothing more then hurt her party at this point.
- OpenIntro, on 03/25/2008, -8/+1Oh wow, now THAT'S an original thought that hasn't been thrown around by every Obama lackey on Digg....
- sagat, on 03/25/2008, -2/+2Your a *****
- OpenIntro, on 03/26/2008, -0/+1And you don't know the difference between your and you're....
- sagat, on 03/25/2008, -2/+2Your a *****
- betweenthelines, on 03/25/2008, -7/+0that is what we want, to expose obama and hilary not as democrats but as populists and socialists.
- OpenIntro, on 03/25/2008, -8/+1Oh wow, now THAT'S an original thought that hasn't been thrown around by every Obama lackey on Digg....
- cambob76, on 03/25/2008, -1/+3Liar, liar, pants on fire, hang them up on telephone wire. I saw the video Hillary. You are a pussy, liar-faced liar who lies.
- nbcaffeine, on 03/25/2008, -0/+2Does she lie sometimes?
- yojiffyskippy, on 03/25/2008, -3/+3It's official - The Media Has Selected Their Democratic Nominee.
- cranium, on 03/25/2008, -0/+3Hillary wouldn't be a compulsive liar if it wasn't for that darn media!
- jerry2a, on 03/25/2008, -0/+2I guess you were out of the country (or planet) the last few weeks when the media consisted of non-stop coverage of the Rev. Wright affair. The media is doing it's job...if they'd been doing their job for the last 8 years perhaps this country wouldn't have gone completely to hell. I complain about the media all the time, but the fact is they are an essential check and balance and I wish they'd spend MORE time exposing lies and corruption rather than reporting on the latest Britney ordeal. If Hillary doesn't want negative news then she should learn to stop putting her foot in her mouth.
- jerwin, on 03/25/2008, -0/+6I.DID.NOT.HAVE.SEX.WITH.THAT.WOMAN
Just saying...- ncc74656m, on 03/25/2008, -0/+2Now we're talking about real non-issues.
- ProjectGSX, on 03/25/2008, -0/+5Once again, the Clinton camp is shooting themselves in the foot. You really have to wonder why this is happening. Is this the worst managed campaign in history?
- ncc74656m, on 03/25/2008, -0/+4Even Kerry couldn't mangle it this bad. He just didn't fight back when he should've.
- rondigg1, on 03/25/2008, -4/+0This report is *almost* worth suffering through the MSNBC video player abomination for.
- mathay5, on 03/25/2008, -1/+2This sheds a bit of light on Hillary's character. Politicians do lie, but most times they are a least a bit tactful in the execution of the lie. I mean, did she rehearse this? She was surrounded by people. She was surround by reporters. Why would she even think of lying about such a trivial issue? An obvious lie at that.
- Pinkertinkle, on 03/25/2008, -0/+3Because she believed and still believes it really happened. Maybe it was in a dream?
- userperson, on 03/25/2008, -6/+1My Goodness! what's going on here?! Politicians are lying?!? We must tell the world of this atrocity!?! /s
Also about something SO important. If Hillary were under sniper fire, I'm certain should would be a good leader, but now that she may not have been ... I just don't know. /s
It's funny politicians could talk about how their plans could never work or how those that do work are so grossly unfair to those held to them at gun-point, but since they're plans are equally guilty of this garbage, you've this idle prattle about the most useless minutia. What *****! - bshock, on 03/25/2008, -0/+9When even the mainstream ass-kissers admit you lie, it's over. Drop out now, Ms. Clinton.
- Pinkertinkle, on 03/25/2008, -0/+5She must of smoked some seriously awesome herb on her way to that airport.
- ncc74656m, on 03/25/2008, -0/+5"Oh my god, they're shooting at us with rainbow colored laser beams and throwing teddy bear zombies at the helicopter! Quick, we've gotta turn around before they zarg....!!!!"
"Mrs. Clinton! Snap out of it! You just dropped some bad acid! Look, it's the welcoming party!"
"No it's not, they're going to eat us! Run to the cars!"
- ncc74656m, on 03/25/2008, -0/+5"Oh my god, they're shooting at us with rainbow colored laser beams and throwing teddy bear zombies at the helicopter! Quick, we've gotta turn around before they zarg....!!!!"
- Fragalishus, on 03/25/2008, -0/+3That's not experience you can believe in...that's experience you can win a daytime Emmy for!
Luckily Barack has enough class to not try some cheesy line like this in a debate. - DahktaD, on 03/25/2008, -1/+7Mistated? Remember "I did NOT have sex with that woman!" The Clintons are disingenous to say the least, liars are a more fitting term. Do we need more liars running this country? I would rather have a person with limited experience, that is honest than a woman who has the propensity to lie about her worth to this country. " Who do we want answering the phone at 3 in the morning"...well since phone calls are vetted, I doubt Hillary would ever answer a phone call. Although the choice for president are painful, I am leaning more to Obama for a complete change.
- betweenthelines, on 03/25/2008, -10/+2ha ha ha ha ha ha, 2 liars vs a war hero I wonder who will win this election
- Elude107, on 03/25/2008, -0/+5I'm sorry, I missed where Obama is a liar. Please support your comment with some evidence.
- betweenthelines, on 03/26/2008, -0/+0Obama is lying to himself and this is why. He says he wants to stop the racial tension and bring unity and hope for the country right? Well why didn’t he stand up in his own church and say “Rev, I love you but you are wrong. This is not helping but rather is hurting our country.” He didn’t, and if he can’t stand up in his own church, how can we expect him to stand up in the White House? I want to understand in the worst way why my generation supports Obama and trust me when I say I am dead serious. I am starting to understand because I can truthfully say I wish he was the real deal, but he isn’t. This is why the Wright thing is such a big deal, because it was Obama's chance to stop the hurtful comments and start the healing but he didn't. He paints such a rosy picture for one and two, our generation has never ever heard a politician speak like this and it is exciting. My fear is that my generation is very new to politics to understand why Obama would not be good as president at this time. I am very against him being in the white house BUT I really want him in politics and in the senate as we need more politicians like Obama. However, we are so swept up with his new way of campaigning and his powerful speeches we are not looking at the facts. McCain is actually a moderate Republican but more importantly his plans are more practical and responsible for the country. Our country has lost all accountability and responsibility. If anyone gets in trouble in this country there is no blame, it is blamed on their childhood, evil corporations, etc. Take the housing crisis, it is the saddest thing in the world but Hillary's and Obama's plan to "fix it" is grossly irresponsible. If I can afford a 100,000 house, but I buy a 200,000 house using an ARM and only pay the minimum payments during the arm, I deserve to lose my house to learn a lesson. You are supposed to buy a house where you can pay MORE than the minimum on the mortgage and we need to learn about this. Just bailing a person out doesn't help the country, it just makes us think wherever we fail the government will just bail us out. Obama's plan is to give a free ride to all those who make less than $75k and have all those who make more pay for it. What is my motivation to continue to work up the chain of corporate American if our government is just going to tax me more? If one day I eventually $300,000 over $150,000 would go to the government, how is that right?
- tsf5000, on 03/25/2008, -0/+4I didn't know Obama was a war hero ;)
- dalittle, on 03/25/2008, -0/+2I was thinking the same thing.

- jzuska, on 03/25/2008, -8/+1MSNBC? The Obama network? Inagine that.
- Landlocked, on 03/25/2008, -3/+0Cut her some slack. It's not like she lied under oath like her husband.
- ncc74656m, on 03/25/2008, -0/+1Sorry *****, that was a witch-hunt about a non-issue that NEVER should've been brought to the light of day.
If, however, you believe it was worth it, please feel free to reimburse the IRS with the amount of money spent on the investigation and prosecution, in particular, Kenneth Starr.
