Limbaugh Busted: Uses 10th Grader’s Essay To Attack Obama

crooksandliars.com — It’s no secret that the right STILL hasn ’t figured out how to effectively use the internets, so it comes as no surprise that the Grand Poobah of right wing radio douche bags, Rush Limbaugh, has made a complete fool of himself by using a 12 year old essay by a 10th grader to attack Democratic presidential candidate, Senator Barack Obama.

        By and large "the internet" (at least Digg and other such popular sites) have libertarian leanings, for fairly obvious reasons.

        But if you're lumping together libertarianism with socialism and forms of totalitarianism on the left, then your left/right distinction has become entirely useless.

        And if you count sites like Drudge Report, then you've got yourself some extraordinarily right-wing sites on your hands.

        It seems that they are crippled by the fact that Radio is a largely auditory medium, and lacks a fundamental visual aspect. It seems that viewers tend to gravitate towards more visual mediums, like Television.

        As it turns out, Radio tends to attract more listeners than viewers.

A moron, in my opinion, is somebody who lets himself/herself get spoon fed an opinion by a college professor, whose touch with reality is greatly distorted by their tenure, and cannot accept contrary information in a logical way. Instead, they express their views not via a logical explanation of how they acquired those views, but rather must resort to puerile name calling and insults to show their prejudice against those who hold a contrary opinion.

      No political body has cornered the market on truth. Almost all political stances are polarized by an underlying agenda and a lust for power. To pretend otherwise is foolish.

          No, it's merely an indicator of one's general loserishness. People have been saying for a long time that Rush has no friends, that he spends his spare time parked in front of the TV eating junk food. That characterization is merely CONFIRMED by his inability to maintain a stable relationship with a self-respecting woman. In other words, the fact that THREE of wives have ditched him suggests that he's a closeted loner who can't relate to people IRL.

All I did was point out the facts - that numerous people who know him describe him as a loser, and that he is a dismal failure with women - and you people start pissing your pants. Pathetic.

          Who cares if Clinton banged ugly skanks and fatties, he cheated on his wife. If he had banged some hot ass would that have been cool?

          If you are attacking Rush's personal morality when it comes to relationships, I'd have to agree, but it sounds to me you attacking the man purely on the hotness of the women he is with. The first says something about his character, the second doesn't, at least not in a negative way.

          No. I'm using the quality of the women he's with as one of several measures of his overall level of failure at life. The fact that he is such a failure with women merely corroborates what others have said, which is that he is unable to form relationships with real people in real life.

          That is what I'm ultimately criticizing him for: being a failure of a human being. Man is fundamentally a social animal. A man who is unable function socially, despite having the means to do so, is not a real man.

I'd ultimately argue his overall success / failure in life would be determined by the overall good / bad he has accomplished.           Like I said, it's one of many measures. Conventional wisdom holds that a man who cannot keep his marriage together can at least make up for that failure by dating hot, young women. This is especially the case when the individual in question has hundred of millions of dollars to blow and can hire the most expensive escorts on the face of the planet.

          But Rush defies the logic of this wisdom by a) ***** up his marriages and b) not managing to compensate for his failures by landing hot girlfriends, despite his $millions. This makes him an absolute failure by almost any measure.

Because no level of professional accomplishment can compensate for the torment of living one's life in social isolation, parked in front of the TV, bowl of cheetohs in one hand and limp penis in the other, wondering how it is that that in spite of all your fame and success you wound up in the bottom decile of the happiness scale.
