"McCain's Keating 5 lesson NOT learned: let the regulators do their jobs, and keep regulations on the books that keep bank-type entities from hanging themselves with excessive risk taking, losing thousands of people's savings in the process.
"Thousands lost all their savings as a result of McCain's pressure on regulators in the late 80s, and hundreds of thousands have already been impacted by the same sort of mistakes now."
