Hillary Caught Lying About Ohio Hospital Denying Healthcare
nytimes.com — Over the last five weeks, Hillary Clinton of has featured in her speeches the story of a health care horror: an uninsured pregnant woman who lost her baby and died herself after being denied care by an Ohio hospital because she could not come up with a $100 fee. Turns out, she was never refused treatment and that she was, in fact, insured.

- Hillsfar, on 04/05/2008, -8/+179Notice how she embellishes the story more each time she tells it?
With all due respect, a woman did die. But with Hillary, a 35-year-old who managed a Pizza Hut and actually had health insurance...becomes a young, uninsured minimum-wage worker. See, it makes the story better!
* With Hillary, we even get fabricated word-for-word dialogue!! “The hospital said, ‘Well, you don’t have insurance.’ She said, ‘No, I don’t.’ They said, ‘Well, we can’t see you until you give $100.’ She said, ‘Where am I going to get $100?’"
* With Hillary, we can totally see now how a leisurely stroll off an airplane with her daughter and a singer and a comedian complete with hug and air-kiss with local girl who reads a poem...turns into a run to armoured cars to dodge sniper fire.
* With Hillary, we get the story that she passed health care and passed the Family Medical Leave Act - when in fact she had worked against Congressmen who wanted to pass these bills.
* With Hillary, we see that she helped negotiate peace in Northern Ireland, she wasn't just "a wee bit silly" according to the negotiator who actually did the negotiating and won the Nobel Peace Prize.
* With Hillary, Chelsea Clinton was jogging near the World Trade Center on 9/11 instead of at home in bed watching it on TV.
Okay, so she's entertaining. But can we really afford to have another lying, flip-flopping Washington-insider buffoon in the White House?- themonkman, on 04/05/2008, -27/+12Here is my take on this story. Sorry if this sounds cold hearted. Even if this story was true (which it is not), what is a young uninsured girl doing getting pregnant? Why would you even attempt to have and raise a child if you couldn't even afford the $100 to pay for the post-natal aftercare? Why the ***** are we subsidizing services to people that act irresponsibly? If I was uninsured, owned a gun, and kept shooting myself in the foot with it, should you the taxpayer have to pay for my medical care? That's the problem people. We have hundreds of thousands of people having kids when they can't afford to care for them, much less themselves. They are raised in ***** circumstances, by ***** parents, who don't give a ***** about their children. Those children end up being ***** adults (if they make it to adulthood) and make the rest of the world ***** because of their *****. Not all poor people are *****, not by a long shot, but your just setting yourself and your child up for failure if your getting pregnant when you can't afford the basics of life that you and your child will need. Whatever happened to personal responsibility? Bueller? Bueller? Anybody?
- diggimator, on 04/05/2008, -2/+12What was she supposed to do once pregnant, though? I've heard of pro-lifers and pro-choicers but did she deserve to die? Some things are more important than tax payers' money.
- Sidzilla, on 04/05/2008, -1/+5I'm sorry she died. No one deserves that. but it wasn't your fault, my fault, or society's fault. It was her and one other irresponsible person who decided to make a baby. Sex is fun, and I guess for her it was worth dying for. She made the choice. She paid the price. And yes, even today with all our modern marvels of medicine, child birth is risky, and you can die. I don't feel any more sorry for her than I do for the people I hear about who die skydiving and their parachute doesn't open. It's sad, and then I go have my orange juice.
- Hillsfar, on 04/05/2008, -0/+2Erm, a 35-year-old woman who manages a restaurant... if she wants to be pregnant and carry a baby to term, that's her business, right?
That said, there are millions of teenaged mothers in this country who get free pre-natal care and birth care and post-partum care. Hospitals, especially the not-for-profit hospital this woman went to, will treat these women for free even if they don't have insurance.

- motivatedmama, on 04/05/2008, -5/+11Jack ass, blind, bigoted, arrogant, asinine, generalizations. You can be way down, and make mistakes (unplanned pregnancies) and still raise good children. It's about being educated and having values you consistently instill in them. Not about how many things you can give them.
If your parents instilled good values in you, then at some point you will get your head on straight and parent decently. ***** parents? Better chance of doing a substandard job of parenting yourself. Cyclical. Money or no money. It's about education. If you wanna bitch about money, that's where it needs to go first. - Haecceity, on 04/05/2008, -3/+24"what is a young uninsured girl doing getting pregnant?"
Maybe she had insurance but then lost her job. Maybe she was raped. Maybe her husband had health insurance but died. Maybe her contraception failed? Who knows? You certainly don't, but that won't stop you from making inane comments about her situation. - kreneskyp, on 04/05/2008, -1/+6because free healthcare extends life expectancy and quality of life for all parties, yourself included.
most uninsured people getting pregnant are undereducated. they dont use contraception or really know the risks involved. but we keep hearing how state sponsored healthcare (for the pill) and condom distribution is a bad thing.
ps. having a baby costs way more than $100 its over $10,000 just for the delivery. - fsweep, on 04/05/2008, -0/+6What is an uninsured pregnant woman supposed to do? Here in Europe, non of us have health insurance. It works quite fine actually.
It defies logic that your place of work has ANYTHING to do with your healthcare. Do they pay your car insurance as well? What about your veterinary bills? Does your job clean your carpets as well?
- diggimator, on 04/05/2008, -2/+12What was she supposed to do once pregnant, though? I've heard of pro-lifers and pro-choicers but did she deserve to die? Some things are more important than tax payers' money.
- DigitAl56K, on 04/05/2008, -6/+4A lie is a lie, but to be fair, even if you do have insurance if your insurance has a co-pay of $100 they probably still won't see you until you pay it.
- Kythas, on 04/05/2008, -3/+5Whose insurance has a co-pay of $100? Every insurance plan I've ever heard of has co-pays of either $10 or $15.
- MacEnvy, on 04/05/2008, -0/+4My emergency room copay is $50 now (it's gone up this year), and my insurance is actually halfway decent. Insurance rates vary a lot by state.
- TheSabre, on 04/05/2008, -0/+4My insurance has a copay of $15 for visits to the doctor but $100 for ER visits. I do believe that when a woman is going to give birth, she goes to the ER and not her general practitioner. Most insurances are like that. Check your ER copay and see what it is. I bet it is not $10 or $15, unless you have really, really good insurance.
- camg188, on 04/05/2008, -0/+3or really, really expensive insurance.
Unless you go to the hospital a lot, it would be cheaper to put a couple hundred bucks into a bank account for emergencies and pay the cheaper insurance premiums for a higher co-pay. - Sidzilla, on 04/05/2008, -0/+5The $100 co-pay is asked for at the time, but the hospital will bill you if you don't have it on you. And the reason it is so much higher is to help subsidise the thousand people in before you who were uninsured and got treated anyway. Saying people are denied health care for lack of insurance is mostly a big lie by politicians who want a platform to get elected.
- camg188, on 04/05/2008, -0/+3or really, really expensive insurance.
- camg188, on 04/05/2008, -0/+2The co-pay for your primary care physician is usually $10-25. The typical co-pay for an ER visit is $100 - $150.
- ssn697, on 04/05/2008, -0/+2the last insurance i had through a company had a 2000 deductible that I paid at 40 percent per visit, until the 2k was paid for the year. That was on top of the 200 bucks a month I paid.
So, when my son had to sent to emergency, had x-rays, and a cast, I was out 400 bucks for one visit. This was a VERY large corporation. Thousands of people had the same plan.
I was aware that I paid 200 a month, my company paid 330 on top of that, and there was a 2k yearly deductible paid at 40 percent per visit. That means an insurance company made over 8 grand a year to cover me. That year, they paid out a grand total of 960 dollars in coverage. - FiestyPumpkin, on 04/05/2008, -0/+1My ER is not allowed to talk money. I tried to pay for a visit when my son needed stitches and I was told they would send him a bill. My son is 23 and does not have insurance. Also, when I go to the doctor, they put the claim through the insurance company first and then they send a bill for whatever the insurance did not cover.
- mrgreen4242, on 04/05/2008, -1/+5The bill to admit someone into a hospital for just 24 hours will end up being $2000-6000 most of the time. Even after the discount the hospital gives the insurance company (write-downs are what they are called) you're looking at $1k-3k.
Do you think that, even if the doctors and nurses didn't care about the sick person, they'd turn down $900-2900 because they aren't able to collect that $100 up front? - themonkman, on 04/05/2008, -0/+2All of the times I've ever been to the hospital I've been billed at the end of my visit, not the beginning. If it was a lot of money, I've setup payment options with them.
- Kythas, on 04/05/2008, -3/+5Whose insurance has a co-pay of $100? Every insurance plan I've ever heard of has co-pays of either $10 or $15.
- camg188, on 04/05/2008, -1/+7@DigitAI56k - Not so. Even if you have no insurance, you will be treated and billed later. My son became ineligible to be covered on my health care plan (due to age and student status). He just switched jobs and was not eligible for health care from his job until he worked there for 30 days. I offered to get him temporary coverage (CORBA) until he got his own insurance but he didn't think it was necessary. Well, he had a problem and had to go to the hospital, which also included a MRI scan. He had no insurance at the time and he told them that when he was admitted. They treated him and billed him later. They even had a counselor from the hospital call to help him apply for a payment assistance program the hospital has for uninsured patients.

make (something) more attractive by the addition of decorative details or features : blue silk embellished with golden embroidery.
• make (a statement or story) more interesting or entertaining by adding extra details, esp. ONES THAT ARE NOT TRUE : she had real difficulty telling the truth because she liked to embellish things.- Gutterpunk, on 04/05/2008, -3/+4Thank you Professor! Here is another definition for you :

- Ranvier, on 04/05/2008, -2/+1@ themonkman
The tag is one of the stupidest things in the internet world. If you can't detect the sarcasm, too bad. Some people can't detect sarcasm in life, does that mean you should say "the previous remark was sarcastic" everytime you make a sarcastic remark? No. That'd be absurd.- themonkman, on 04/06/2008, -0/+1If one cannot detect sarcasm in text, then they shouldn't be belittled for the mistake. I can detect sarcasm just fine in spoken word. Not a problem. By the way, stupidist isn't a word. The correct way to say it is "most stupid" or "more stupid". If your going to rail on me for not being able to detect sarcasm, then at least use correct English.

She heard a story. It was a good sound bite for her. I'm not sure you can call this an intentional lie because it was second hand info that was probably already blown out of proportion. What bugs me, is that there was no fact check behind it. The outright lying that goes on in her campaign is an act of desperation and a serious character flaw but I would chalk this one up to just utter laziness.

- themonkman, on 04/05/2008, -0/+2I've taken my girlfriend in for a busted fingernail (almost totally ripped off and bleeding), and at the time she didn't have insurance. They admitted her, asked her if she had insurance after she was treated, and when she said she didn't, a finance counselor had her fill out some forms for a program the state has for uninsured patients. They paid about 90% of the bill. She was required to pay the rest over a month later.
- deanlowe, on 04/05/2008, -3/+3All they have to say is your condition is not life threatening to deny you emergency treatment.
- Oozinator, on 04/05/2008, -0/+1Sweet sweet EMTALA baby. Basically, they have to give you a "proper" examination to determine whether you have a medical emergency (i believe life threatening or under threat of serious bodily injury). If they find there is one, they have a duty to "stabilize" you. A lot of these words are poorly defined. It's not necessarily that the act hasn't worked, it's that it's put an enormous burden on hospitals in poorer areas, and given suburban hospitals a pretty dramatic advantage. (Emergency rooms are enormous sources of cost but very little income for almost all hospitals.)

Does anyone think ANY of these stories that politicians tell are actually real?
"I was just talking to a woman from [city] who blah blah blah, and told me about her hard times, blah blah blah". I don't care WHICH candidate is saying them, whenever I hear them, I just roll my eyes and sit back wondering if it even happened, or if they're making up a situation to fit the point they're trying to make.
These stories do NOT happen. They're fictional anecdotes. Always.- HellDonut, on 04/05/2008, -0/+9Oh yeah? They're not supposed to be like that. Remember the story Obama told about an army leader on Afghanistan? How his squad was short on supplies and manpower? Well, people quickly jumped into him, saying the story was embellished. When it turned out the story was true - Obama had actually called the soldier to check on the story fact - people quickly forgot about it.
They'll all tell stories to make their point. And I guess it drives the emotional side of people. But you see the difference about the candidates now? One tells a story he personally checked to make sure it was true. Another embellishes a second-hand story with no regard for truth. - Oozinator, on 04/05/2008, -1/+2A lot of it may be true, but that isn't the real issue here. A lot of it is unrepresentative. Truth is, policy makers and voters regularly make decisions based on anecdotes.

Well, people quickly jumped into him, saying the story was embellished. When it turned out the story was true - Obama had actually called the soldier to check on the story fact - people quickly forgot about it.
- prefan21, on 04/05/2008, -6/+0I look forward to her next zinger about it on Letterman or Conan or whatever.
- mal1964, on 04/05/2008, -9/+7Obama will save the day!
- wright3279, on 04/05/2008, -15/+4More anti-Hillary crap from the Obama diggers. Where were you guys in the 90's?
- dafragsta, on 04/05/2008, -1/+8OK then, you expose Obama. We're waiting. I think all politicians with a bias to lying should be disqualified for the job, all politician jokes aside. If you elect a blatant liar when you knew he/she was a habitual and frequent liar, you deserve what you get. That goes for Obama. So far, he's the only honest man running... so far. I'd rather know all their non-sexual evils now rather than find out later.
- Kyan, on 04/05/2008, -0/+6In the 90's you ask? Why most diggers were in diapers.

- Haecceity, on 04/05/2008, -9/+3I don't care for Hillary, but it's ridiculous to say that repeating a story you've been told is lying.
- aladrin, on 04/05/2008, -3/+2On this level, you had better research ANY story you tell. The public will. Just willy-nilly telling stories you heard will destroy your credibility.
- Haecceity, on 04/05/2008, -0/+2I's absolutely true that if you're running for president and you don't research anecdotes you include in your speeches you'll end up looking like an ass. But that still doesn't amount to lying. If you know the story's not true (as with the sniper fire claims) then that's a lie, of course.
- cranium, on 04/05/2008, -1/+1She embellished it, that's lying.
- Haecceity, on 04/05/2008, -0/+1No, you *assume* that she embellished it. There's nothing in the article that suggests she told the story any differently from Deputy Holman. For all you know she's repeating the story verbatim. On the other hand, stating that someone embellished a story when you don't know that to be true *is* lying.

good bye hillary - twomeyw23334, on 04/05/2008, -11/+25I went to a Clinton rally. It started out great and I actually got to meet Clinton in person, but... then she demanded I contribute $100 to her campaign. I am a poor American with one of the worst lifestyles in the world so there was no way I could afford this, but after telling her this she was like, "ok, then I'm going to kill you you little snot!" and she whipped out a samurai sword. I was like, "this is total bs, the government should give me money to donate to politicians, I can't be expected to do anything on my own." She was like "hahahahahaa" just laughing and swinging the sword at my head. I did a duck and roll and answered my cell phone at the same time (it started ringing) it was a call from the pentagon and I had had to make a quick decision that ultimately saved the planet from disaster (sorry, don't have clearance to give you the details). I managed to get away from Hillary and get back home, but I swear I keep seeing Bill looking into my windows. Anyways, I'm tired, maybe I just mistyped, oh well, I guess it proves I am human.

- bardo, on 04/05/2008, -0/+3The only thing Hillary is going to be doing at 3:00 AM is wondering where Bill is...
- Etobian, on 04/05/2008, -2/+5Beware whenever Hillary tells a story to sell a new program or new tax. EVERY story needs to be checked before throwing your support to an idea she's expressed. Otherwise, I hope you enjoy paying the new taxes and being subject to even more regulation and control.
- TheInformer, on 04/06/2008, -0/+0That's right!
Of course, we'll never check out anything Obama says, because he'd never lie or mislead. He's the Messiah on Digg.

- Lamadave222, on 04/05/2008, -13/+5I hate Hillary too but why does Barack get a pass. Not only did he belong to a black liberation theology church, go to a snooty private school in Hawaii, and refrain from voting as often as possible to maintain political dualism, but he hung out with and sought assistance from known terrorists, i.e. William Ayers and Bernadine Dohrn, in Chicago. He is an unmitigated leftist of the worst stripe. And we know this is true because the Trotskyite wing of the Democrat party wants to anoint Barack while disenfranchising members of their own party for having the audacity to vote at some time other than when the inner clique wanted them to. I have people on my local school committee that have more experience and whose judgement I would trust more than either of these clowns.

- blackinthmiddle, on 04/05/2008, -3/+3Here's what I find interesting with guys like you. No matter who many *different* allegations are brought against Hillary, you continually parrot out the same dubious claims against Barack.
"Hillary lied about being under sniper fire in Bosnia." - Well what about Rev. Wright?
"Hillary lied about brokering peace in Northern Ireland." - Well what about Rev. Wright?
"Hillary lied about how she got her name." - Well what about Rev. Wright?
"Hillary lied about her stance on NAFTA." - Well what about Rev. Wright?
IT'S TIME FOR NEW MATERIAL!!! There's *nothing* that I've read that has said anything more than Obama having a passing relationship with Dohrn and Ayers. You've got actual proof? Post the link and educate us. And the "snooty" private school "knock" demonstrates your desperation to find *any* knock against him!- blackinthmiddle, on 04/05/2008, -1/+2And yes, the second sentence should read "how many", not "who many".
- RRJackson, on 04/05/2008, -5/+1Because no matter what Clinton does we at least know she doesn't support Hamas and Louis Farrakhan. Speaking for myself, I could give a ***** what she said about healthcare or Bosnia. I don't care if she claims she can melt titanium with the power of her mind. At least she's not a black nationalist with ties to radical Islam.

He will get you to heaven." That was the judgement of Michelle and Barak Hussien Obama. Very poor judgement. And if his judgement is that bad about his own kids, what's his judgement when he appoints US Supreme Court justices?" --Billy C.
- NLPIII, on 04/05/2008, -0/+7I'm curious does this amount to slander, you would think such an intelligent attorney would know better than publicly defaming this hospital without doing a bit of simple fact checking. I hope one day in my life there will actually be a candidate for president that I feel good voting for instead of this lesser of evils crap we are left with. The three options we have now are all about worthless, as was the case in the last two presidential elections. I think the days of decent people, who want to make a difference in this world, being able to rise to the level of presidential nominee are far gone.
- blackinthmiddle, on 04/05/2008, -1/+2No, slander is knowingly making false accusations. In this case, you could just call it carelessness. Obviously her not getting her campaign to do a little fact checking *before* running with a juicy story is more than disturbing. But it wouldn't be slanderous.

Because they didn't.
United States Government are terrorists, war criminals, and horrific liars.
No, they're not.
9-11 was an inside job! What happened to building 7?
No, it wasn't. WTC7 came down due to a combination of damage from falling pieces of the other towers and fire that burned for 7 hours.
Depleted uranium is a weapon of mass destruction!
Depleted uranium isn't a WMD. It has very low radioactivity and doesn't significantly add to the level of radiation found naturally in the environment.

The United States Government destroyed evidence of the three building in question(against the law), and lied numerous times regarding 9-11. Why didn’t NIST test for explosives, it’s required by law!
United States Government are terrorists, war criminals, and horrific liars.
The United States Government has lied so many times I dare them to charge me with libel!
9-11 was an inside job! What happened to building 7?
Building 7 was a controlled demolition, even NIST tries to avoid talking about it.
Depleted uranium is a weapon of mass destruction!
Four reasons why using depleted uranium weapons violates the UN Convention on Human Rights:
TEMPORAL TEST – Weapons must not continue to act after the battle is over.
ENVIRONMENTAL TEST – Weapons must not be unduly harmful to the environment.
TERRITORIAL TEST – Weapons must not act off of the battlefield.
HUMANENESS TEST – Weapons must not kill or wound inhumanly.

- usgovterrorists, on 04/05/2008, -4/+1Where's the proof?
Why 30 hour power down the weekend before 9-11?
Why have Marvin Bush as head of security?
Silverstein said he pulled building 7, yet the United States Government lied.
Why were the rescue workers threatened about not speaking regarding 9-11?
Why was Cheney asked do the orders still stand?
Why were the traffic controllers tapes destroyed?
Why the huge molten pools of metal under 1,2, and building 7?
Why did Norad stand down?
How many times did the U.S. Gov. lie about Agent Orange?
There is a great deal of compelling evidence for the demolition hypothesis, including the following physical facts about the destruction of each building.
Sudden onset of failure
Near free-fall speed of “collapse”
Symmetrical “collapse”
Many eyewitness testimonies to explosions and flashes of light
Small rubble piles (WTC 7 fell into its own footprint)
Molten metal in the rubble piles and pouring from WTC 2
Dust clouds resembling pyroclastic flows from volcanoes
Sulfidation and intergranular melting of the steel
I've got lots more, lets dance! - TheSabre, on 04/05/2008, -0/+4There was a power outage in half of the South Tower. All backup generators in computer data centers in those floors were still running. So, in short, some of the lights were out. Why did the North Tower collapse then too? The power wasn't out there, no one was working there in the days before 9/11.
Marvin Bush was not the head of security. He was a shareholder in Stratesec, a security company that managed security for MANY buildings, including the WTC. He left long before 9/11.
Silverstein said he pulled the firefighters from building 7.
You're 0/3 and I'm not even going to take the time to reply to the rest of your idiotic claims.
Here, answer me one question. No "truther" has been able to answer it for me in the past 4 years (probably because it's not in any conspiracy theory website talking points)....
You claim there were molten pools under 1, 2, and 7. I assume this is because you believe they used thermite to collapse the building intentionally. Thermite burns at a very high temperature for a very, very, very short amount of time on a very, very, very small area of metal, because it's not an explosive. It's just a chemical reaction. It would have been able to melt steel, but not keep it molten because it does not provide a constant source of energy, like a burning fire. There are conspiracy reports that say molten steel was found WEEKS after 9/11. How would it have stayed molten if the thermite would have burned out in milliseconds? Anyone who has worked in a foundry can tell you that molten metal hardens in anywhere from minutes to hours.

That being said, I think the only good hospital in this state is the Cleveland Clinic. I know one thing for sure: Akron General and Barberton City are terrible hospitals; the doctors have no idea what they're doing in Akron, and all they do in Barberton is write out prescriptions for Vicodin.

The Clintons are crooks and liars, plain and simple. Why anyone would ever support them is beyond me. - SvnX, on 04/05/2008, -4/+3It would seem to me that after 9/11, Mrs. Clinton would no longer just "take the word" of someone telling her some information without having her people check it out and getting proof. - chall2001, on 04/05/2008, -4/+4I know you guys really really really hate Hillary but I'd believe the deputy over the hospital.
Sure, the hospital has to treat you if you arrive at the emergency room but that doesn't guarantee proper treatment. The hospital is in the "cover our ass" mode. If the family wants to talk about then we'll have the full story but I'd bet that the deputy's story is very close to the truth.- iamprsn9, on 04/05/2008, -0/+2The hospital doesn't have to cover its ass, It's non-profit, meaning that it doesn't gain or lose anything from this. Not to mention that she didn't mention the name of the hospital in her speeches.
- ceramufary, on 04/05/2008, -3/+1I just don't understand why you'd lie about this. There's plenty of stories like this that are true.
- hospitalcio, on 04/05/2008, -2/+1No, there is not. Hospitals do not turn away patients because of the inability to pay. The vast majority of hospitals in the US are non-profit. They exist primarily to provide free care to those that are unable to pay.
- Amadeus2490, on 04/05/2008, -0/+1They'll accept you into emergency rooms and bill you, but then you have to go through alot of red-tape to prove that you're unemployed, have absolutely no money in your bank account, are unable to pay taxes, have no family or friends to help you out, and that you're unable to work. So basically, the only way you can get free health-care in this country is if you're a homeless cripple. Both Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama want to make it mandatory for people to buy health insurance (thanks to the lobbyists), so all this means is that you'll be a criminal if you don't give the companies ~1,000 a month, not that everyone will get free unlimited health-care.
- hospitalcio, on 04/06/2008, -0/+1I think we are saying the same thing. You will not be refused payment because of the inability to pay. I want to see universal coverage to lift the financial burden on the un- and under-insured.
- Amadeus2490, on 04/07/2008, -0/+1That will never happen in this country. Search your feelings; you know it to be true.

- hospitalcio, on 04/05/2008, -2/+1No, there is not. Hospitals do not turn away patients because of the inability to pay. The vast majority of hospitals in the US are non-profit. They exist primarily to provide free care to those that are unable to pay.
- jollins, on 04/05/2008, -6/+4I really wish Digg's stories didn't have to have such sensationalist titles. There is a big difference between "Ohio Hospital Contests a Story Clinton Tells" and "Hillary Caught Lying". It is LIKELY she embellished the story, but it is not does not PROVE that she was caught lying.
- ZHEStorm, on 04/05/2008, -4/+3I buried it as inaccurate, because it is.
Hillary '08 - yellowfish04, on 04/05/2008, -1/+3agreed completely
- byrdgang, on 04/05/2008, -1/+2As much as I hate Clinton (I won't humanize her by using her first name), this submission is out of line. She used a baseless story, but lying is something else. You must know you're lying in order to be lying.

- azpat, on 04/06/2008, -0/+1I hope that becomes a real life playground rhyme. I remember when "pepsi cola burned him up, now he's drinking 7-UP" came into existence. That was before the internets too. It just spread from kid to kid all across the nation.
- 223Sniper, on 04/05/2008, -2/+2She must have not gotten enough sleep still recovering from ducking those sniper shots. dumb broad.
- jynweythek, on 09/17/2008, -2/+2I heard her last night, live, telling this story. that lying bitch!
