- johnwjones72, on 11/20/2007, -7/+95Habeus Corpus has gone missing.
Freedom of speech is being trampled on.
Free press is nearly absent.
United States' sovereignty is being threatened by secret meetings in undisclosed locations.
The U.S. dollar is dropping, and we are being robbed of the value in our savings.
Undeclared wars are being waged against our consent, and, indeed, to our detriment.
There is only one person unafraid to address these issues.
You've got one chance, one vote to make a statement about how you feel about Our Freedoms and the amount of government interference in your life.
As far as I am concerned, we will not get another chance.- Gump9005, on 11/20/2007, -1/+25"As far as I am concerned, we will not get another chance."
I think it will be a long while until another Ron Paul comes along. If he doesn't get the nomination, I can't see him running in another 4 years as he won't be able to take the strain of another election. He's around 72 years old now. Gonna be interesting watching this country as it goes down the ***** if he isn't elected. - minox, on 11/21/2007, -19/+1The dollar dropping is the only objective fact on your list.
- ruley, on 11/21/2007, -0/+11"Habeus Corpus has gone missing."
is that a fact to dispute?
- ruley, on 11/21/2007, -0/+11"Habeus Corpus has gone missing."
- jmpeagle, on 11/21/2007, -0/+7it's been 43 years since a candidate such as Ron Paul has run. Barry Goldwater was the last classical conservative to run but he alos lost during a time of war in 1964 where Johnson won on the platform of the U.S. getting nuked if he wasn't elected.
- Midoc, on 11/21/2007, -5/+2What the hell do you mean free press is nearly absent? We still have it, people all over the place are still doing what's right, notable people include Kieth Olberman, Jon Stewart, Wolf Blitzer, perhaps all the people who write for the Huffington Post, or are you saying that they are being kept down by Republican imperialists who have somehow managed to brainwash them into only reporting what they want? Try watching something other than Fox News and you'll find free press. Hell, you can watch Fox News and occasionally see examples of free press. The reason that Ron Paul is unafraid to ***** with people is because he knows that he isn't electable. This means he can say what ever the ***** he wants without worrying about his election results.
- Akronos, on 11/21/2007, -0/+4What exactly has Wolf Blitzer done? Other than give more time to Clinton and Obama in the debates?
Olbermann, Stewart, Colbert, and Lou Dobbs are pretty much the only people doing their job. You got to be kidding me when you think Fox News is the only station that isn't free press. CNN and the other mainstream channels are just as bad.- Midoc, on 11/21/2007, -2/+1So because Wolf Blitzer doesn't talk about what you want to hear he's not part of the free press? He was talking about the war in Iraq even when the rest of the media was obsessed over what was going to happen to a celebrities infant.
- Akronos, on 12/01/2007, -0/+1Do you remember Michael Moore ripping apart CNN for their negligence to do real reporting on the war?
- Midoc, on 11/21/2007, -2/+1So because Wolf Blitzer doesn't talk about what you want to hear he's not part of the free press? He was talking about the war in Iraq even when the rest of the media was obsessed over what was going to happen to a celebrities infant.
- justin1911, on 11/21/2007, -0/+0I'm sorry my friend, but Fox News has no equal when it comes to "bad".
- Midoc, on 11/21/2007, -0/+1I didn't say I supported Fox News, nor do I deny that statement, however, that does not mean that they cannot be used as an example of free press.
- Akronos, on 11/21/2007, -0/+4What exactly has Wolf Blitzer done? Other than give more time to Clinton and Obama in the debates?

- simbolo, on 11/20/2007, -4/+54Remember to register and vote in primary for RonPaul2008!!!
http://www.gop.com/RegisterToVote/
or better yet become a Delegate and get Ron Paul nomination
http://delegate.notlong.com - metalcavy87, on 11/20/2007, -1/+24This is pretty cool... I'll be sure and buy this particular issue. Everyone else should do the same, send a message to GQ that we appreciate their featuring of him, etc.
- sentime, on 11/20/2007, -3/+32I guess it's NOT Rudy "making money of 9/11" Ghouliani
Ron Paul 2008! Get the word out! - pedrovoltaire, on 11/20/2007, -7/+31not surprising... i hear ron paul is hung like a donkey.
- mediaspree, on 11/21/2007, -0/+8how do you think he's stayed married to the same woman for 50 years?
- ochobit, on 11/21/2007, -0/+9Mrs. Paul: "Oooh is that a constitution in your pocket or are you just happy to see me?!"
- Rabbit63, on 11/21/2007, -0/+4Excellent. Very good. I was getting a bit miffed about the poor taste but you rescued it dude. :)
- ochobit, on 11/21/2007, -0/+9Mrs. Paul: "Oooh is that a constitution in your pocket or are you just happy to see me?!"
- mediaspree, on 11/21/2007, -0/+8how do you think he's stayed married to the same woman for 50 years?
- Deliguy, on 11/20/2007, -5/+27lol this is the best campaign news ever. Go Ron Paul!
- Seeshell, on 11/20/2007, -3/+19See how 'hot' freedom is?!! ;)
- LiveAtTheBBC, on 11/20/2007, -16/+3I really would like to take this list as meaningful, but Lil Wayne, Simon Cowell and Ron Paul in the same list lost a little legitimacy for me.
- Mutton, on 11/20/2007, -4/+32[Just got this e-mail from http://www.ronpaul2008.com, spread the word:]
During the first few days of October, we announced our fundraising goal for the fourth quarter: $12 million raised by December 31.
But there's more: we need to have spent it by then, too.
If we were to raise the entire $12 million in the last week of December, we would meet our fundraising goal for the quarter. But Ron Paul would stand little chance of winning the Republican nomination, because that money would have come in too late.
Time is of the essence. You see, we need to raise money well before we plan to spend it. That's because most of the expenditures that we make need to be paid for weeks in advance. For example, we need to buy crucial airtime for the end of December right now.
The sooner we raise this money, the sooner that we can spread Dr. Paul's message - our message - in the early primary states. Time truly is money.
Fact is, we only have about two weeks to raise money for the early primaries.
If you wait a month from now to donate, your money will only be spent after Iowa caucus-goers and New Hampshire primary voters have made up their minds.
We are rapidly running out of time. The Iowa caucus is just 44 days away. New Hampshire is in 49 days. With so much ground to make up, we can't afford to waste a single day.
As a result, we are spending faster than the rate at which we are raising money. In October alone, we raised $2.8 million, but our campaign spent over $3.1 million.
We cannot afford to wait for bursts of press activity. What we need is sustained attention in the news. What better way to do this than by continuing to raise money at a rapid pace now? We need to keep our momentum going.
Help us win in New Hampshire, Iowa, South Carolina, and Nevada.
Make your most generous contribution as soon as you can: https://www.ronpaul2008.com/donate.

Ron Paul 2008- metalcavy87, on 11/20/2007, -13/+1This Bydlack guy is going to ruin the Dec. 16th money bomb... if people start donating now and do not donate on that day, the whole thing is going to fall apart and some people on the fence will not donate at all. THE MEDIA WILL EAT THIS ALIVE AND USE IT TO CLAIM RON PAUL IS LOSING SUPPORT. This is a *very* poor move on their part.
What are they doing with the money they already have??? - ronpaulinky, on 11/20/2007, -0/+12I have a solution to your problem. I would encourage everyone who can afford it to donate $50-100 between today & dec. 1st & then donate another $100 on dec. 16th. If you plan on donating $200-2.300 hold back $100 for dec. 16th & send the rest of the money in the next two weeks.
- ChimpFlix, on 11/21/2007, -0/+9Just stick to your own schedule. Remember, Christmas is coming up and money will be tight for many people. Anything you can give, especially if it builds on the so-called "money bomb" will be hugely appreciated.
- metalcavy87, on 11/20/2007, -13/+1This Bydlack guy is going to ruin the Dec. 16th money bomb... if people start donating now and do not donate on that day, the whole thing is going to fall apart and some people on the fence will not donate at all. - mpython77, on 11/20/2007, -1/+16Now we just need to get him on the cover... He wins Iowa and New Hampshire it will be a snowball effect. He would be on the cover of everything.
- metalcavy87, on 11/20/2007, -17/+2deleted
- Rabbit63, on 11/21/2007, -0/+2Your wish is our command. Deleted the moron metalcavy
- kfsaaa, on 11/20/2007, -2/+12Ron Paul does not play around!
- ronpaulinky, on 11/20/2007, -1/+14Everyone one of the thousands of people who plan on making a donate on dec. 16th still can. I would encourage everyone to dig a little deeper in their pockets and encourage others as well to donate $10, 25, 50 plus in the next couple weeks, and then drop a c-note on Dec. 16th!!! If you have maxed out try to find a new person to donate to the campaign.
- ronpaulinky, on 11/20/2007, -1/+14Today is a mini-fund raising blitz. Donate for Ron Paul today to counterbalance what Huck is doing. It is called Chuck a Buck to Beat Huck. Man got to give it to Ron Paul enthusiasts.
- XXXXXXXXXXXXXX, on 11/21/2007, -33/+2Goddamnit, more Ron Paul spam. And it figures that the comments are also filled with RP advertisements.
- gandhii, on 11/21/2007, -0/+11its a ron paul article... duh.
- Rabbit63, on 11/21/2007, -0/+3Oh excellent I was beggining to think the anti patriots, the anti Paul bots were fading out, glad to see you here suffering moron.
It is quite a mystery to you then that a Ron Paul article has numerous positive Ron Paul messages and adverts as you put it? I must confess that is to me a mystery. You do realise he is running for election don't you? Ever heard of P-O-L-I-T-I-C-S? It is a not uncommong thing and happens from time to time. It is where people become passionate, or not about tthe candidates on offer. I do understand how it must seem strange since there has not been any cadidates worth gettinge excited about in your lifetime, but then I guess for some one like you, life must be full of mysteries. I bet you still ask "Why do they hate us?"
- startupdaze1, on 11/21/2007, -1/+10http://www.ronpaulelection.com Support the Ron Paul Movement!!!!!
- loscielos, on 11/21/2007, -0/+10Ever seen the shoes Ron Paul wears? I wish I could buy a pair at the campaign store, they look great for canvassing. :)
- CurtisLow101, on 11/21/2007, -0/+12Ron Paul! You da man!
- KRULL29, on 11/21/2007, -0/+8Let's reach 12 million by the end of November. Then we will shock the world by donating another 10 million on Dec 16th. Lets do both! It's now or never folks, this man is Americas last hope!
- Rabbit63, on 11/21/2007, -0/+1AND if you do, I will start being nicer to Americans. promise.
HOW GREAT WOULD THAT BE?
- Rabbit63, on 11/21/2007, -0/+1AND if you do, I will start being nicer to Americans. promise.
- Amin001, on 11/21/2007, -11/+2Thats what he is, a dark horse
- smdesignworks, on 11/21/2007, -0/+10Ron Paul is a Internet Phenomenon.
Even people who work in advertising are learning they can draw huge attention (and sales) by including this guy in anything and everything. Even a smear piece on Ron Paul becomes a successful strategy for driving traffic and links into your site. I can't imagine how crazy things are going to get even a few months from now. Ron Paul is amazing, but I foresee businesses capitalizing on this current Internet sensation, hopefully in the end it just makes Ron's message that much more powerful at spreading around.- elantara1111, on 11/21/2007, -0/+2No, he's a Light horse!
- Rabbit63, on 11/21/2007, -0/+3The Lighthorsemen are the finest of our soldiers from the Great War (Aussies).
No finer accolade could be applied to a man than that he is a Light Horseman.

- coit, on 11/21/2007, -0/+13How is this not on the front page? Bury brigade at it again?
- Dementual, on 01/27/2008, -0/+5Of course, the Neocon/Hussein Obama parties couldn't possibly stand to see their profits for this war go to waste by something as silly as constitutional common sense.
I mean, it _is_ just a piece of paper, right?
- Dementual, on 01/27/2008, -0/+5Of course, the Neocon/Hussein Obama parties couldn't possibly stand to see their profits for this war go to waste by something as silly as constitutional common sense.
- Gardentoolfive, on 11/21/2007, -0/+4Please help get the word out. Dr. Paul's camp needs money now for the last quarter. Can you help? We can still have the tea party.
"When bad men combine, the good must associate; else they will fall one by one, an unpitied sacrifice in a contemptible struggle." - tgunner, on 11/21/2007, -1/+6Ron Paul gogogo
- MarkEarhart, on 11/21/2007, -0/+7God bless you Dr. Paul!!! I will vote for you even if your name isn't on the ballot. All of the other candidates are deranged, self serving, naive, or just plain sorry!!! My Grandpa was raised on the family plantation in SC, and he had the stereotypical drawl. When I think of the other candidates (especially Giuliani, Clinton, Romney, and Thompson,) I am reminded of one of his favorite remarks. He was known for referring to such people as being "sorry as buzzard *****!!!"
- greensurfer, on 11/21/2007, -0/+3The world is with you, Dr. Ron Paul! Our last hope! Enough of "American Empire" that created 9 trillions of debts for foregein banks and millions of death over world. America must back to Constitution that was created by Great founders to protect America against wolves banksters. So America will be back very powerful and humble nation back. A nation admired over world. A land of prosperity and freedom!! Not more a America hated and destroyed by usury of banksters. Dollar is falling down to accomplish their plans! WATCH OUT!!
- tlow, on 11/21/2007, -6/+1The only person Digg would like better than Ron Paul 2008 is Steve Jobs 2008.
- Amadeus2490, on 11/21/2007, -0/+1America is tired of the two operating system formula; America needs to go open source. . .Linux 2012!
- Rabbit63, on 11/21/2007, -0/+8This just keeps on getting bigger and better. Good luck yanks. If you don't get this man as President, assuming yoiu even get an election in 2008, then the next time we meet, will be as enemies.
Australians for Ron Paul. - irishlandshark, on 11/21/2007, -0/+5Ideas are powerful.
- GSnake, on 11/21/2007, -0/+4Seeing that Canada is basically the 51st State, I feel partially obligated to donate to Ron Paul, not because I follow political punditry, not because I claim to be affiliated with either party, but because the next few years are going to be very important for the growth and development of a very many things, Ron Paul, while maybe not the most ideal candidate for these needs, is by in large eons ahead of any other candidate in this election. I tend to view myself as a left-winger on the grounds of my progressive liberalism, but lets face it, if having a Republican in office again means a turn-around for the US, so be it.
Left vs. Right is a tired, useless, negative debate, it's about time that people start basing decisions on right vs. wrong instead of right vs. left. - edithsz, on 11/25/2007, -0/+2Don't forget the Rudy's Reading List Money bomb on November 30st. http://www.rudysreadinglist.com/
Ron Paul rocks! Go Ron go! - KILLSTRUCTO, on 11/30/2007, -0/+1im going to start referring to him as the dark horse, because it sounds bad ass.
Ron Paul is bad ass
