Even with MI, FL, and Superdelegates, Clinton Still Loses
eyesonobama.com — The Clinton campaign claims that with Florida, Michigan, some superdelegates, and a few more primary wins, they still have a fighting chance. But as this article shows, the numbers are so statistically aligned against Clinton that it's hard to figure where she's going with all of this.

- aliengoods, on 05/13/2008, -0/+3The people of West Virginia are merely confused. They think they're voting for Bill Clinton.
- dinot, on 05/13/2008, -0/+1no one likes a loser. except the people of west virginia. i heard they're still living in the pantsuit.
- arbouler, on 05/13/2008, -0/+9^one reason why virginians hate west virginians.
isn't it weird how obama steamrolled clinton right next door in virginia but she's gonna steamroll him in west virginia. something doesn't add up there. - FalseProphecy, on 05/13/2008, -1/+1Thanks Captain Obvious. :D

- Rekoil, on 05/13/2008, -0/+7Does Clinton care about the democratic party? It sure as hell doesn't seem so when she is forcing Obama to continue the fight for the primary even though he's already won and needs to focus on beating McCain.
I'll never understand US politics...- grape, on 05/13/2008, -0/+3It has little to do with US politics. It has more to do with arrogance, greed and vanity.
- Rekoil, on 05/14/2008, -0/+1Isn't that exactly what US politics is about? :P [/sarcasm]

- dilton7, on 05/13/2008, -0/+5This math is so straight forward . The bitch is definitely trying to go down with the party. This is insane and inhuman. People are frustrated just to see her sticking around like a noisy fly that met a big glass wall .
Its ***** over HILLARY! - Kyan, on 05/13/2008, -13/+5I posted this on the Ron Paul thread. But it go buried. I wonder if it will get buried here?
In response to an RP fan saying:
"Ron Paul is a lone voice of reason in a sea of insanity".
I said:
He be a lone voice calling in the wilderness, a prophet a seer and a revalator. Sing o ye heavens to see him come, awake o ye mountains to see him sprrrrrring forth in everlasting glory (fireworks provided by the private, not government sector).
AWAKE O YE MINIONS, ONIONS AND BEETS. For he is the CARROT AND THE STICK. Heed his wisdom, follow his spirit and ye too shall have the honour and the glory and the everlasting kingdom, from whence you may gaze from your LOFTYYY WINDOOOOOOWS ON HIGH (no, that's not M$) down upon your poor, unblessed neighbour countries (like Iraq in turmoil) for their cares are not your concern.
O ye minions (here we go again) ONIONS AND BEETS!!!! Life up your proud heads crowned with gold (redeemable for oil at the border), life your eyes to the HEEEEVAAANSS and MAKE SOUP (for ye have the brains of vegetables).
Yea, let all that hear, draw near. Let them who see from afar peer into ALMIGHTY GLOORY that is the USA. Let them, not ye, say DAMN THE USA. Let them fight their own wars, let them fend for thems OWN SELVES. For ye are not anything like the big guy in the cafeteria who could stop a petty bully from pickin on the four-eyed kid and a-stealing his lunch money, but on principle will not. For all you care, the bully could be Alice (who the ***** is Alice?). And anyway, the small kid should have gone to the gym more so he could defend hisself. Darwin award goes to him. Bully be free!
Now, where was ah? O yeah, BOW YE MINIONS, VOTE AND WRITE IN. For if you do not write in now, you will write in later in your own blood when the currency is FIAAAHTED AWAY.
Ok, tkxbai.- JMSantos, on 05/13/2008, -0/+4You tried too hard.
- Diderotten, on 05/13/2008, -0/+4You probably got buried last time because you have this pseudo-poetic soapbox giant comment that goes all over the place. What's with all the food metaphors? And mixing poorly spelled religious ferver with "ok, thxbai" means you deserved to get dugg down. The fact that you're testing the same comment about Ron Paul in a thread that had nothing to do with him means you're going get it worse this time.
- shadus, on 05/13/2008, -0/+4Epic fail.
- chicofaraby, on 05/13/2008, -1/+3WTF was that? Sober up before posting.
- playuhh, on 05/13/2008, -0/+2In here, you are the lone voice of insanity in a sea of reason. Burial would be the appropriate course of action.
- Kyan, on 05/13/2008, -0/+1Yeah, pretty wacky, huh? :)
- smacksaw, on 05/13/2008, -1/+7Hillary is insane. I can't believe she kept spending on Indiana. And she'll keep on going and then ask Obama to pay for it, crushing his surplus to fight McCain while gutting Congressional Democrats running for re-election by diverting money from their donors to her and Obama.
Don't laugh. Come May 20th when Obama declares victory, Hillary will ask Ron Paul and Ralph Nader to debate her on CNN. She will still somehow eclipse Obama. She's political herpes. You can't get rid of her, she keeps popping up at the worst possible time and she unwittingly infects everyone around her with discomfort.
The logic of her borrowing is like parents spoiling their kids with gifts by running up their credit cards. "Well, they wanted me to run" is like "well, my kids wanted more *****"...so keep borrowing? Want or NEED? - suntzusputnik, on 05/13/2008, -3/+4i hope she gets hit by a truck
- Mariasha, on 05/13/2008, -1/+7***** Hillary
- shadus, on 05/13/2008, -0/+4No Thanks. She's ghastly.
- evolu7ion, on 05/13/2008, -0/+2Oh wait, does that mean OBAMA will be the Democratic candidate?!
*sarcasm* - B1663r, on 05/13/2008, -6/+1Wow, after about three days of me and about two other people battling the Obamabots it appears they have conceded defeat and have lost the will to front page articles anymore for fear that I will continue to verbally batter you about the head.
Well please hold still and no biting while I stick my nuts in your mouths.
LOL, good game, any time.
Yeah baby, keep suckling them, that feels nice;)- StueyPidass, on 05/13/2008, -0/+0haha
- playuhh, on 05/13/2008, -0/+2I personally think since its so obvious that she's going to lose now that Diggers start focusing on November.
Diggers stop giving her any consideration and make the statement:
Barack Obama is the democratic nominee! - StueyPidass, on 05/13/2008, -0/+1hey obama bandwagon fans. What do you think America voting system should base on? Delegates or Popular vote? I personally think Popular vote should be the most important.
- MindyB, on 05/14/2008, -0/+1In a more prefect Democracy, yes, Popular votes should be what makes decisions for our governing body, however, the U.S. has not based its elections on popular votes since forever. We are the only country (Democratic) in the world where popular votes don't count. The Electoral College is the entity with the power to elect our President.
If the rules were such that popular votes were how our President was elected, then the candidates would campaign for popular votes only. However, as it is, and as it is written in our Constitution, popular votes don't count for anything. So it is a mute point to be debating this issue. Unless we can get Congress to amend our Constitution to eliminate the Electoral College and institute the democratic way of electing our President, we will continue to cast empty votes. Our votes are really just for show.
So, until major changes in our electoral system happen, we are stuck with this delegate and electoral system-a system which is certainly not very democratic.
Funny how we shove a democratic system down the throats of other countries but we cannot even elect our own President democratically.- StueyPidass, on 05/15/2008, -0/+0All we need to do is get rid of the primaries and caucus and have one general election. To them the election process is like a game they are trying to figure out which candidate can beat the other candiate rather than who the people want as President.
