my.barackobama.com —Make a donation in any amount, even $5, between now and 11:59 pm EDT on Monday, March 31st, and you could join Barack and three other supporters for an intimate dinner for five. Paid for by Obama for America
This is a great example of shameless self promotion. Digg user "ObamaforAmerica" digging a video from Obama's official campaign site, wow! This is really going to make me sick all over myself!
I think it's kind of cool how Barack was so familiar with the HOPE scholarship program, which is currently helping me through college, seeing as how he's from Illinois and HOPE is unique to Georgia of all places. 08ama!
And I also promise that if Barack donates one million or more to me, I will also invite him over for dinner so we can discuss how to provide tax relief to America's newest millionaires.
If a Digger wins, I demand photos and a description up the next day. Oh, and be sure to mention how important the following are: net neutrality, no retroactive immunity for telecoms, and $$$ for medical and technological research. Thanks.
I still do not understand how Digg went from a TON of front page Ron Paul stories to Obama stories. Obama is the number #1 liberal in the US senate based off of his voting record. If anything at least Ron Paul had ideas that BOTH sides could work with AND he had a plan for the economy - All Obama yells is CHANGE yet I do not see him putting forth detailed plans on how he will accomplish everything and how he will pay for everything. Oh... and you want to see the economy take an even bigger dive? Go ahead and raise taxes on everyone so they have even LESS to spend.
Has anyone actually looked at Obama's positions on the issues. Considering the support for Ron Paul and other figures - I wouldn't guess the average Digg user would like Obama much. He's anti-marijuana, pro-taxes, pro-iraq, anti-education vouchers, and is planning a huge (i.e. expensive) national health care plan.
I was starting feel the hype of Obama, since it's pretty much him vs McCain. So I read up on his positions. Doesn't look all that good ...
More spam from another Obama spam bot that was probably paid by Obama Inc.
Take a look at all the articles that jackass dugg. (ObamaforAmerica)
If you keep doing this I will have to form my own burry birgade full of diggers to dig down every Obama article for the spam that it is.
Obama just opened his Reading, PA campaign headquarters a week or so ago... How come every time I walk by the people inside look so dead eyed and sad? I have yet to see a smile or a wave from anyone inside They all just look straight at you with no expression, no hope, no future.
I didn't bother watching it. I don't care much for fried chicken, pickled pig's feet and chitlins anyway. All you Obama groupies better aquire a taste for them though.
As an agent of Operation Chaos, I gave $5 to Obama in hopes of getting selected and using the opportunity to ask questions that will bolster Hillary's delegate count in the remaining states and give the super delegates pause over giving him the nomination.
While not the stated goal of Operation Chaos' Leader, Commadant Limbaugh, my hope is that the best outcome of the primary is for Hillary to steal the nomination with the help of superdelegates and destroying the D party in the process.
So far I've kicked $50 into the campaign which I might add is more than I've kicked into a campaign in the last few years. The only one that came close is the 2006 elections where I gave MoveOn about the same amount.
But I'm really encouraged by the message of Obama, followed by the peeks we've gotten on economic policy, etc.
Typical government thinking. Donate $5-$2,300...for a dinner that costs $1.50. Obama clearly has an ego the size of texas. "Hey, maybe...just maybe...you too can eat with me... step right up and try your luck...tickets sold here"
