Determined Clinton wins W.Va., says race not over
news.yahoo.com — CHARLESTON, W.Va. - Hillary Rodham Clinton coasted to a large but largely symbolic victory in working-class West Virginia on Tuesday, handing Barack Obama one of the worst defeats of the campaign yet scarcely slowing his march toward the Democratic presidential nomination.

She knows it's over, but she needs to recoup her money and stick around until everyone votes. Then no one will feel cheated and she can execute her exit strategy. I think she knows by now that if she continues to fight against Obama it will not only destroy the Democratic party, it will also ruin the Clinton legacy and kill her future political prospects. A run in 2012 would be impossible for her if she's tagged as being the reason the Democrats lose this election.
Maybe I'm just an optimist, but I think she's going to go out on a high note and actually try to reunite the party, rather than try the scorched earth approach. If she stays on the high road, she has many other opportunities she can pursue. If she chooses the low road, her political career is over. She's shrewd, but she's not an idiot.
