Democratic Party Bashes McCain, Wants Pro-Abortion Judges

lifenews.com — Washington, DC (LifeNews.com) -- Responding to the speech eventual Republican presidential nominee John McCain gave earlier this week saying he wanted judges who will not make law, Democratic Party chairman Howard Dean bashed him. Dean said McCain's judges would overturn Roe and limit abortions.

Judicial restraint is not pushing any ideology -- it is understanding the proper role of the judiciary. Why is Dean so bombastic? Does he fear a vote on an issue that he thinks voters support already?
