youtube.com — When asked about Bill Clinton receiving $800k for speaking engagements that supported the Columbia Free Trade agreement that Hillary opposes she cackled like a loony rather than answering the question.

She can't answer how $800,000 (more than most American workers make in a lifetime) affects her self-proclaimed impartiality because the very nature of the financial transaction, regardless of the gigantic dollar amount, inherently obliterates any notion of impartiality in the eyes of those capable of rational thought processes.
