- Ruler4you, on 07/03/2008, -3/+3Why do you suppose the government wants EVERY home to have a computer?
- SOLGAARD, on 07/03/2008, -4/+1same reason you need a "v"-chip, and a cell-phone, and HD
(the Commander don't call the celestial-schmuck the "Prince, and Power of the "Air"- for NOTHING)
-and we'ALL, will be calling him, "Late for DINNER"
hehe, *-(so killin me)

- CCoburn3, on 07/03/2008, -3/+3Oddly enough, given their corporate motto, Google is one of the most evil corporations around. It looks like they are applying their China policy to the US.

- Christianptriot, on 07/03/2008, -3/+2I think Digg does the same thing to lengthy commentaries against Obama. Most of the time when I try to post about anything related to gun stories, abortion, Christian-based news stories, home schooling or anything to do wtih the gay-lesbian agenda. the screen jumps; I lose comments, or the screen will freeze.
The comments do make it to the thread, but it is always made difficult by these problems in these types of stories.
The ultra-liberals want to control most everything in order to force the changes they think are best for society. The pen - or in these cases, the electrons - are mightier than swords. If you control the information and the thought processes of those seeking the information, you win.- CapnObvious, on 07/03/2008, -1/+3I've seen some of the same stuff myself. typically when I click on a anti-obama story or story about Christianity, I get automatically logged out.
- lydecker, on 07/03/2008, -0/+5The Digg program has a lot of bugs, but I highly doubt it scans the article or comments to decide whether to bug out or not. I also get comments disappearing which need refreshing to show, I also get logged out sometimes when I'm moving to my friends activity or history, sometimes I save edits and the comment box stays "saving."
It's pretty ridiculous to think it only happens on one side of the fence.- Christianptriot, on 07/03/2008, -3/+1Ever the optimist? the technology exists to do just what we are discussing. Why wouldn't someone who has developed the software to do just that want to test it out?
And where else can you test that type of thing.... - lydecker, on 07/03/2008, -0/+5Ever the paranoid?
I'm sure the technology exists that it could scan for key words or phrases... but really? Just to have people experience a few hiccups that are easily corrected?

- DuggDowner, on 07/03/2008, -1/+3Christians are so paranoid about persecution. Nail one guy to a tree 2000 years ago and you never hear the end of it.
- BSdetective, on 07/03/2008, -3/+1Nail the lies of Darwin, Marx, AlGore, and Obama to the wall and the left gets hysterical.
- DuggDowner, on 07/04/2008, -1/+2Say what you want about those other chaps, but Darwin is science. Science isn't a political stance.
- BSdetective, on 07/03/2008, -3/+1Nail the lies of Darwin, Marx, AlGore, and Obama to the wall and the left gets hysterical.
- BSdetective, on 07/03/2008, -2/+0I too have experienced the same results that others have described. It only occurs on Digg. I could buy the argument of poor technology, but there is a clear pattern emerging. Since the left is so fond of controlling and registering those things that they fear and despise, could it be that Google and Digg is the Left's equivalent of the gun registry? Previous Marxists, who seized control of their governments, only wish they had such a method of identifying their detractors. We already know that Google is willing to sell-out it's users and has a history of blocking conservatives.
