    If California with just a little effort can create 1.5 million jobs over 30 years...

    The U.S. with 10 times California's population can create 5 million jobs in 4 to 8 years.

    Geothermal heat exchanges can cool homes in the summer. Passive solar can heat homes in winter. Better insulation can keep things cool or warm. Imagine cutting your cooling and heating bill by 90%! What could you buy with all that extra money?!?

Why would we want a quick boost to our economy with efficiency improvements that can happen immediately, would provide local jobs across the nation, and could jumpstart whole new industries.. Let's stall and propose ten and twenty year plans for the least cost effective solution, nuclear power.

We need to get rid of the divisiveness and elect officials who will encourage us to work together for the good of the environment and the country.
