CNN and YouTube Discuss the Most Lamocratic Debate Format, Like, EVAR!
blog.wired.com — Instead of listening to Blitzer for 15-20 total minutes, we'll watch 20-30 user-submitted 30 second videos. But how is that "more democratic" if CNN picks which ones to play or omit? How about letting us actually pick them? And how about a novel democratic concept: start and stop "chess clocks" to obey the "equal time" rule for each candidate?

It will still be liable to slanting through the actions of the host and CNN/youtube. It will still be criticized for which questions are asked to which candidates and how much time is allocated in answering, we can only hope it is fairer than the last "debate"...
