Biden picks up two endorsements - The State (SC)

thestatecom.typepad.com — Sen. Joe Biden of Delaware picked up endorsements from two African American ministers last week - Revs. Caesar Richburg of Orangeburg and Dr. J.J Jackson III of Greenville - each of whom praised Biden for his leadership skills.
