  • tcbishop12, on 05/17/2008, -0/+8There must have been a relatively late surge -- when I checked midweek, Hills' VP supporter votes were right around 2.5%.

    The many and varied reasons why Clinton would be a very bad choice have been written about extensively elsewhere. Without unduly belaboring the issue, I agree: Hillary seemed to feel entitled to the Democrats' nomination, and having been denied it, may feel really entitled to be Sen. Obama's running mate. But choosing her would be even more dangerous than Bosnian sniper fire. Hillary would solve none of the problems which must be faced in the general election, and would create many, many others.
