Seems like a good reason to require photo ID. My state (IN) does it and offers free state ID's for those that can't afford it. That should be the law of the land. So why don't they just have two lines?
One fast line for people who want to show a photo ID to vote and a slower line for people without an ID who would fill out fingerprint cards and / or get a photo taken before voting. If it can be proven that voter fraud was committed, the fingerprint cards and photos will be turned over to the authorities so the perpetrator can be prosecuted.
